1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mnemo (mnemo.boram.ai) or boram.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are between you and Boram Technologies.

2. Description of Service

Mnemo is an AI-powered meeting intelligence application that helps you prepare for meetings, capture notes, and follow up effectively. Boram Technologies operates Mnemo and may offer additional tools in the future. The service is provided as-is and may change over time.

3. Account Registration

• You must sign in using a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the service
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

5. Your Content

You own the notes, contact records, and other content you create in Mnemo. By using the service, you grant Boram Technologies a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Mnemo uses AI to generate meeting summaries, follow-up drafts, research briefs, and other outputs based on your notes. These outputs are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use. Boram Technologies does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content.

7. Free and Paid Plans

Mnemo offers a free plan with a daily limit on AI features. Paid plans may be offered in the future. We reserve the right to change pricing and plan features with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Mnemo application, boram.ai website, and all associated software, design, and content (excluding your user content) are the property of Boram Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Mnemo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mnemo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boram Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
